Pigskin Astronaut. Mine is doing the same. Did you find a solution? What provider do you have? Having the same issue. I just sent support the issue, as mentioned by Comet. I have done a full shut down, cleared the cache to the phone and the message app, factory reset the phone and had their service team flash the phone.

The Apps are listed alphabetically, with working apps first then disabled apps. Tap to enter Download Manager. If there is an Enable button tap it then try to go online. If it says 'disable' tap to disable, then clear cache. See if you can access the internet with your browser then try downloading an app from the Play Store.

One last try. This only disables your data connection not your phone. Reboot the phone. Make sure download manager is running, turn data connection back on then try downloading app. If this doesn't work you were probably right. Back up your phone and then perform a factory reset.
Then restore your phone. Hopefully this will resolve your problem. Posted: August 4. Fix Your Stuff Community Store. Back Answers Index. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7. TheDiceman91 Rep: 2 2 1. View the answer I have this problem too Subscribed to new answers. Is this a good question? Yes No.
